The work

Twenty-five years of solving people problems.

Amy founded Leadership Evolution Group 25 years ago and has served more than 100 organizations since. CEOs call her when they can see a people problem but not its cause: turnover, weak accountability, a leadership team that is not working. She uses data to find the root cause, then builds the fix with them as a trusted advisor. She is certified in Kolbe and CliftonStrengths. She designed the human capital strategy for a $10 billion State Department contract.
